We are a state-of-the-art inspection company. We utilize all available technology at our disposal to insure the best possible result for our clients including: computer-generated reports, color photos, and on-site photo disclosure of defects. Our clients especially enjoy being able to see a photo of the defect without having to crawl under the home to view it while at the  inspection. Please view our SAMPLE REPORT and SAMPLE PHOTOS to see the difference in our “report style” compared to most others.

Your report is DESIGNED FOR YOUR USE, NOT FOR OUR CONVENIENCE!

We specialize in residential, pre-listing, pre-warranty expiration or “Cinderella” inspections, and commercial inspections. We offer a full range of services to cover all aspects of home inspection.
