The purpose of the Photo Library is to inform the potential home buyer of the myriad of conditions a home and its many systems can have.
Many homeowners do not know the "true condition" of their own home. All of the photos presented on these pages were taken during the course of a typical home inspection.

One of the primary purposes of a home inspection is:

To inform the buyer of potentially costly or unsafe conditions that might impact the buyer negatively after the purchase of the home.

Our clients were advised of these defects, safety hazards and deferred maintenance items prior to purchasing their home. In some cases, the clients were not able to negotiate a satisfactory agreement for correction of the defects and opted to look at other homes rather than purchase one with pre-existing defects that the seller would not correct.
